Problem with Linux1
After the power switch, one server did not wish to reboot properly… No customers were affected, only our own website.
UPS Switch Over to occur 10/26/08
A switch over of UPS systems will occur starting at Midnight October 26, 2008 and should be finished by 6AM that morning. During at least part of the switchover, the Dallas servers will not be available.
Virpus message regarding VPS1
Virpus has issued a statement of what happened that affected thier network, where VPS1 (no customers on VPS1) is currently.

VPS1 is restored
VPS1 is restored. It was a whole network outage at the VPS provider’s provider. Plans are to migrate this VPS to the new tyan1 server after Nov. 1, 2008. LagniappeMonitoring needs to be in a separate DC from the rest of LI’s servers
