Update:  5:58pm – All Dallas servers are back online. Appears to have been a datacenter issue. I’m expecting to hear shortly and will update this post then.

Greetings Robert,
I found that a breaker had been tripped on your cabinet. This looks like it was due to equipment from another customer being installed. I have removed the equipment from the power circuit so that this should not recur. I am sorry for the trouble and please let me know if there is something I can do to assist further.

Tks,
Stuart G. – Support Team

Lagniappe Internet believes in an open and honest dialog with our customers. To that end, we are very open about an incidents that occur and believe they should be documented. This comes from personal experience that I would have felt better if I would have known what had occured when I was hosting my own sites with other companies… Some seem to believe they should try to “protect” their reputation at almost any cost. Lagniappe Internet believe that that “protectionist” thinking does more to damage the reputation and open honest dialog with its customers does more to enhance reputation than any “spin” can.
